SOUL OF COMMUNICATION
Everywhere is dependent on communication, but it is especially essential in the workplace, where words can influence the direction of the company's flow. The most important skill-set we must develop to lead those beneath us and communicate a clear direction and message is to have great speaking and delivery skills. In the workplace, effective communication promotes optimum efficiency and productivity.
On the other hand, communication isn't the only quality a leader should possess. Good critical thinking skills are essential before a message may be communicated to others. Being a leader with great inductive and deductive reasoning is the most important skill in a team. As a leader, we must be ahead of the game in terms of comprehending numerous facts and resources before analysing strong and weak aspects and deciding the best outcome for the team to move forward productively.
As a result, in my future employment as a leader, communication and critical thinking skills will be key.
